At The Label By B Limited, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, no makeup stains and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at thelabel05@gmail.com. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. Drop of is also available in Doncaster. We recommend if shipping to use a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
Voucher Refunds:
We offer voucher refunds for all eligible returns. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue you a store credit voucher for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
The voucher can be used towards a future purchase on our website and will be valid for a specified period. Please refer to the voucher terms and conditions for more details.
The voucher refund excludes any original shipping charges and is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above and include the details of the desired exchange item in your return request.
